Design Together
We design together to build creative solutions through deliberate, safe, and open “dialog” with each other, our stakeholders, and our users.
Our collaborative design process thrives on open dialogue, information sharing, and constructive feedback. We listen to and build upon each other’s ideas, techniques, and methods through open and safe conversations with each other, our stakeholders, and human users of our technology.
What does this look like? We design together through peer review encouraging feedback, and facilitating safe spaces with no judgment; listening is key in collaboration, and we welcome different perspectives and opinions with the goal to work WITH people.
